Shipping policy
Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.
The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary
Returns/Exchanges:
- We must be contacted within 7 days of receiving the item for a refund or exchange.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping label(s) / charges unless we have agreed otherwise.
You can either:
1. Exchange the item for another item
2. Return the item for a refund and 10% restocking fee charge
